SCL understand the importance of strong negotiating skills and helps teams successfully navigate the complex dynamics to reap the most reward. Our SCL negotiation skills development session combines a thorough preparation methodology with the face-to-face communication skills needed to maximize the outcomes of high-stakes negotiations. The session has a particular focus on protecting and enhancing relationships while achieving negotiation goals. Participants learn to analyze negotiation situations, determine appropriate strategies and tactics and explore ways to use them effectively, role-play realistic scenarios to practice their skills, and receive individualized feedback and tips. |
