SCL will orchestrate the team dialogues needed to prepare for key events and initiatives and contribute to the structure and content of output as needed. Once an event has begun, we facilitate sessions and act as a real-time monitor to gather audience feedback, guiding leaders to recalibrate messages to ensure that they are clearly and meaningfully received.
